Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, and the time invested in processing you as a coaching client,  I do not offer any refunds. I want you to be happy with all services and products purchased (and I think you will be)!
Please contact me at thewellplannedkitchen@gmail.com with any concerns. If you are registering for Bootcamp, you are agreeing to participate in the next, upcoming Bootcamp session only.  Bootcamp spaces are limited and must be used for the Bootcamp session immediately following your payment date. 

I prioritize my clients' needs and get to work on your file immediately after the payment is sent through. Because of the effort that goes in to your coaching package immediately upon purchase, and the cost to create your Bootcamp spot, Coaching Services are non-refundable. If you purchase a coaching package in error, I am happy to refund 95% of your purchase as long as you request the refund within 2 hours of your purchase.

When you pay for coaching services, you are agreeing to complete all of the forms at thewellplannedkitchen.com/bootcamp before the Bootcamp start date. You are agreeing to participate in the upcoming Bootcamp session. Your spot cannot be be changed to a later session without express consent from Jennifer Mason in writing.
