Welcome to The Well-Planned Kitchen! By accessing our website and purchasing our month-to-month coaching service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
All advice provided is based on personal experience from coaching other health and wellness coaches as well as coaches within the Trim Healthy Mama program.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching services and digital products, we do not offer refunds.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you purchase a monthly subscription, you may cancel future payments and services at any time. To cancel, please access the link at the bottom of the receipt that will be emailed to you after your purchase is complete, or contact us at thewellplannedkitchen@gmail.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Payment Terms
All payments for services must be made in advance. By providing your payment information, you authorize The Well-Planned Kitchen to charge the specified amount for the coaching services.

If you are signing up for a monthly subscription, you are responsible to cancel the subscription by using the subscription link on your emailed invoice.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Well-Planned Kitchen, including Jennifer Mason Felker and all employees, is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the coaching services. You agree to use the information provided at your own risk and discretion.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own health decisions. It is recommended that you consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet or exercise program.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of the coaching service, including but not limited to written materials, videos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of The Well-Planned Kitchen and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
The Well-Planned Kitchen reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado in the United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Douglas County, Colorado.
